1.
Programming language |
- The programming languages of the 2006 Nationwide Internet
Contest (Domestic Contest) are Java
and C/C++.

2.
No electronic preparation |
- No electronic materials (e.g., sample programs, algorithm
descriptions, etc.) will be allowed. Teams should not install any
such material in advance. Similarly, no removable media, such as
floppy disk and CD-ROM, shall not be used. Use of desktop
calculators and electronic dictionaries are also not permitted.
- Non-electronic materials can be used, e.g. text books,
dictionaries, program hard copies, etc.

3.
No contact with non-team members |
- Contestants can talk only with other members of the same team.
Note that contestants may not talk with the team coach and reserve.
- E-mail and chat are also prohibited, except for contacting the
judges.

4.
No Web usage |
- Contestants may not use the Web except for accessing the
problem, submitting answers and checking the standings.
- Accessing other machines, e.g. ftp, is also prohibited.

5.
Only one computer |
- Although each team has three members, each team may only use one
computer during the contest.
- Only one mouse and one keyboard can be connected to the
computer.
- Any other input devices are not permitted.

6.
No automatic programming tool |
- Participants may not use any programming support tool which can
generate programs automatically such as yacc and lex.

7.
Certification |
- Throughout the contest, each team must be supervised by a
faculty member, who has to certify that the team was NOT dishonest.
The faculty member may be a proctor for two or more teams.
- After the contest, the proctor must send a certification to the
Asia Regional Yokohama On Site Contest Office. Please download the
checksheet and send it to
proctor@icpc.st.keio.ac.jp
